As a business leader you will be Coached and Trained to improve results. You will develop competencies and skills focusing on your strengths and delegating your weaknesses to get more out of yourself and your business. The main focus of this Group Coaching Programme is to clear the fog, organise your ideas, set challenging goals, upgrade your skills and deliver magnificent results by taking ACTION. Let’s design a fabulous Vision of what you will achieve and make it a reality, quickly. Quite simple really!

GAP, Group Achievers Programme, will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne and will start in early September 2010. The carefully selected business leaders will attend monthly 120 minute sessions held over 5 months. These sessions will be extremely fast paced and will cover the essential strategies needed to develop your business so as to deliver exceptional results. The face to face sessions will cover in detail the following topics:

• Identifying your true purpose, finding out what you are destined to do.
• Achieving clarity of vision, designing your own life.
• Personal organisation and effectiveness, getting the absolute most out of your daily 86,400 seconds.
• Strength development and weakness delegation, which strengths do you want to develop to the max?
• Relationship enhancement (both internal and external), focus on benefits and CRM.
• Becoming a high performance action orientated individual, know what to do and do what you know, consistently!

In between these results focused monthly face to face sessions there will be email support and fortnightly telephone support to ensure you stay motivated, focused and action orientated.

The Achievers Programme will not suit everyone and applicants will have to attend a suitability meeting prior to being accepted. There will be a maximum of 8 participants in each programme.

The investment for the full 6 month Group Achievers programme including 2 hourly face to face sessions, email support and skype action calls (during the middle 2 weeks) is only £997. petewilkinson.com ltd is an approved coaching and training provider and listed on The North East of England Service Provider Register (NEESPR). As a result there may be funding available for qualifying companies, please contact us for further information.
