1 2 1 Face to Face Coaching and Training for Directors and Leaders
As a director and leader you will be Coached and Trained to improve results. You will develop competencies and skills focusing on your strengths and delegating your weaknesses to get more out of yourself and your business. A detailed discussion will take place and using effective questions a vision of what you want from your business will be built. Goals will be set, a definite major purpose will be developed and any obstacles will be identified. Clearly this is a personal issue and the coaching and training will be tailored completely to your individual desires.

The Silver Package consists of 3 months of Coaching and Training. Each month there will be two high energy personal 1 2 1 Coaching / Training sessions. All sessions will last 60 minutes. There will be 6 personal, face to face sessions in total. In addition you will receive email and telephone support whenever needed.

There will be 12 personal, face to face sessions in total. In addition you will receive email and telephone support whenever needed.
This Gold investment is only £1997.

The Platinum Package consists of 12 months of Coaching and Training. All workbooks and charts will be provided. Each month there will be two high energy personal 1 2 1 Coaching / Training sessions. All sessions will last 60 minutes. There will be 24 personal, face to face sessions in total. In addition you will receive email and telephone support, this is available outside normal office hours.
The platinum investment is only £3997.
